• Print membership cards at the touch of a button. The formatting is already done for you and the instructions easy to follow.
• For groups that need to track of a participant's age, racing license or medical card, we provide you with the settings to manage this specialized section of your membership. Race Manager even lets you customize these settings to make your job even easier.
• Drag and drop members into any race group. Groups can be reassigned from one event to another and Race Manager also supports classes.
• Classify any member, based on any condition, or any group of members by tagging. This can be all the members you talked to today, all members requiring an update letter or anyone with a past due balance. Then you can run reports, invoices or other functions for ONLY this tagged group.
• Race Manager tracks suspended members, and offers you the ability to monitor either by number of days (e.g. ninety-day suspension) or by expiration (e.g. suspended until the end of the season).
• Print mailing labels for your entire membership or customized subgroups. Sort, search and tag the members you need to reach. For example, select all event workers, new members, anyone due a rulebook.
• Create and print form letters to your entire membership or as with labels, select customized groups. Race Manager even remembers which members you have tagged even when you exit the program.
